Muncie Ethics Advisory Committee
The aim is to establish an ethics code to govern the official public conduct and actions of elected officials, appointees to boards and commissions, employees, and individuals and entities that have a business relationship with the City of Muncie. Hereby establishing standards for several specific issues and allowing the committee to identify other issues and establish standards for them.
It will establish an enforcement procedure including provisions for complaint, investigation, and enforcement. It will also provide its findings and recommendations to the City Council.
