The Criminal Investigative Division is led by Captain Cox and is the main investigative component of the Muncie Police Department. Commonly known as "CID," these highly-skilled, well-trained and dedicated detectives provide investigative services for the citizens of Muncie in all types of situations ranging from theft to homicide.
