The Traffic Division is made up of a small group of officers, led by Sgt. Vannatta, who are dedicated to providing a safe vehicular environment for the citizens of Muncie. These officers are highly proficient in their areas of expertise, are certified crash reconstructionists, and are utilizing innovate equipment to produce excellent results.
